WHY DO PILATES?

Having a strong core is vital for every part of life from just being able to stand tall to alleviating back pain. Once your core is strong it helps in all areas of life, sports and exercise, it helps to keep your back safe which allows you to move better, smarter and more efficiently.

Pilates helps to improve flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone particularly of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and bum ( the core) with balanced muscle strength on both sides of your body - ALIGNMENT 

Pilates is more than just an exercise system. It’s movement that integrates the whole body and mind.
