A Morning to Reset

Moving for Good

Move With Us: A Post-Christmas Reset

Join us this 29th of December for a gentle morning of movement, sea and sauna.
A chance to reset after Christmas, get the body moving, and come together as a community.
This experience is free to join and donation-based, with all proceeds supporting a cancer organisation.

What the morning will look like:

Join us for a morning of movement, connection and purpose.

On December 29th, we’ll come together for a community wellness experience designed to help us reset after Christmas, gently move the body, and do something good together.

The morning will begin at 10:00am with an online Pilates class, which you can join from anywhere. This session is open to all levels and focused on waking up the body, finding ease in movement, and starting the day with intention.

At 12:00pm, for those who wish to continue the experience in person, we’ll meet in Bray for a sea swim, followed by a sauna session in collaboration with Seawater Saunas. A chance to reconnect with nature, challenge ourselves gently, and share a moment of community by the sea.

Instead of a ticket price, we invite you to make a donation of whatever you feel comfortable with via the link below. All donations will go directly to Sarcoma Cancer Ireland, supporting their vital work for individuals and families affected by sarcoma cancer.

Thank you for moving with us, showing up for yourself, and supporting a cause that truly matters.

  • Sarcoma Cancer Ireland is a national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by sarcoma, a rare type of cancer that can affect bones and soft tissues.

Because sarcoma is rare, many patients and families face delayed diagnosis, limited information, and a lack of tailored support. Sarcoma Cancer Ireland works to change this.

    What they do

    The organisation focuses on:

    • Supporting patients and families through information, guidance and community

    • Raising awareness of sarcoma to improve early diagnosis

    • Advocating for better care and resources for those affected

    • Funding and supporting research to improve outcomes
