Our Classes
Reformer Pilates - Beginner
Perfect if you're new to Pilates or getting back into it. We'll focus on the basics: breathing, alignment, and controlled movement, all at a gentle pace.
Reformer Pilates - Level 1
Ideal for those who know the basics or have done a few beginner classes. You'll build strength and confidence while continuing to improve your technique.
A bit more intensity for those ready to progress. Expect dynamic movement, deeper core work, and yes, a bit of a sweat!
Reformer Pilates - Level 2
Designed for experienced clients. These classes bring the power, challenging flows, strength-building combos, and a solid sweat.
Reformer Pilates - Level 2/3
Join us for a quick & effective online mat class focused on abs and core strength! This 30-minute session will help you build stability, improve posture, and sculpt your midsection, all from the comfort of your home!
