For your first class, many people love to begin with a private one-to-one session 🤍. This gives us the chance to get to know you, your body, and your goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, haven't exercised in a while, or want to target specific areas, a one-to-one session allows us to tailor everything to your needs.

You’ll be fully supported, closely observed, and most importantly, listened to 👂. Clients often leave their first session feeling more connected, confident, and truly excited to continue their journey with us.

But that’s not the only way to begin!

Many others choose to dive into our group classes too, and that’s amazing! 💪 With a variety of classes and teachers available each week, you’ll be able to explore different teaching styles and find what resonates most with your body and lifestyle.

And the best part? 🎉 You can try up to 4 classes for free with your welcome credits! It’s the perfect way to get to know our studio and community.

✨ Getting to Know the Reformer

In your first class, you’ll be introduced to the Reformer machine, which might look a little strange at first (we get it!) 😅. But trust us, you’ll get used to it quickly, and probably end up loving it.

You’ll learn how to adjust the spring resistance, how different intensities feel, and how it all supports your movement. By the end of class, it won’t feel foreign — it’ll feel fun, fluid, and empowering.

Some classes even include the use of a jump board, a brilliant way to add cardio into your Pilates practice. It’s low-impact, super effective, and honestly? A lot of fun.

You’ll leave the class energized, smiling, and wanting more. That’s the magic of Pilates: gentle on the body, but deeply transformative 🌟. Once you start, it’s easy to get hooked (in the best way!).
